OUR STORY
Rosewood Farm is not only our home, but it is truly a culmination of dreams come true. My parents, Richard and Linda Zelnar grew up in Miami, Florida. They had a vision of having a sprawling cattle farm in the south, where they could raise their family and make a new start together. They took a barely traveled pulpwood trail on 200 acres of land and turned it into the paradise you see today. They built the colonial style main house themselves, from scratch. Their dream has always been to utilize the land for both personal and some professional use. It is an idyllic paradise that I was fortunate enough to grow up on and am enthusiastic to share with others. We regularly hunted, fished, hiked, rode horses and played outdoors all day long. My goal is to encourage families to spend time together outside and receive as much joy from their memories as I have from mine!
